The first thing that appealed to me when I enrolled my son when he was 2 years old in Sharanalaya was the layout of the school. It allows plenty of sunlight and fresh air. The expansion plans that are on right now are exciting to see.

My son has been consistently happy at school and that’s the win for me in choosing a Montessori environment. I am thankful to his first teachers Ambika Mam and Radhi Mam. They instilled in my child a sense of belonging to the School.

During the pandemic Sabitha mam’s efforts in making online sessions interesting and engaging was commendable.

His current teachers of the last few years- Asha, Sangeetha and Jyothi Mam are kind and attentive to his learning needs.

The management is great and attentive to details regarding the school environment. Their current Principal Rajeswary SambathRajan is involved in the thick of things and is approachable. She is also hands on and action oriented.

It is also true that it all comes down to the teachers at the end of the day as they interact with our kids on a daily basis.

One of the highlights in the school environment include involving parents either to observe the Children at work or participate in group activities alongside the kids.

In fact, I am just back from one such activity that included painting on eggshells and a botany dissection class on the hibiscus flower that I did alongside my son. He was thrilled to have me in his class and it helped me score a few brownie points
