Mrs. Manju Venkat is the heart and soul of Sharanalaya. She founded the school with a vision to provide authentic Montessori education that puts children first. Her dedication to child-centric learning stems from her extensive Montessori training at the Center for Montessori Training (CMTC).

With over 25 years of experience, Mrs. Manju’s passion and standards have sculpted the essence of Sharanalaya, making it a leading Montessori School in Akkarai – ECR. Her innate love for children and her unwavering pursuit of excellence resonate throughout the school’s environment. She has meticulously cultivated a setting where students are encouraged to learn and flourish at their own rhythm. Beyond her commitment to Montessori, Mrs. Manju championed the incorporation of ICSE, IGCSE, and IBDP curriculums for middle school and high school grades.
